If you are not ready to invest in real estate, but would like the opportunity to generate some quick cash, email us to obtain approval to serve as an agent to us, where we will pay you a cash "finder's fee" for your services including:
- Identification of potential investments (vacant properties, friends who are interested in selling quickly, etc.)
- Referrals (use our referral tool to email friends, family, and coworkers to notify them of investment opportunities as well as homes we can offer to them with cash back)

All you need to do is:

1) Contact a friend through the phone or via email, inform them of the Tulip property, and give them our email address or phone number (hollithomp@hollithomp.com , 314.398.1200)

2) Send us an email or call us to tell us who you referred.

3) Have your referral give us your name when they contact us.

Upon closing, within 5 business days, we will issue you a check for the referral fee of  $500 to $1000 depending on the property.
